Friday day 11 Down Five, Still dont know what I want my goal to be.

I know, I know, I dont update often, but my life's hectic enough without this in my life, but I don't mean to be mean poor blogitty.
Hows this, I'll make a compressed, ever Friday I'll update with my current weight and my favorite meal that I kooked of the week.

As of week two I have already lost 5 lbs. And am down to 185.
My favorite meal was probably the Steak salad I made on WenIsday. (Yes its misspelled intentionally)

It was extremely simple yet both filling and tasty.
All you need to do is slow kook one small rib eye steak over a stove top on low heat and chop into diced pieces then throw atop of a salad containing tomatoes, baby spinach, carrots, cucumber, a dash of fresh parsley and of course a few sliced leafs of lettuce. Serve cold. I didnt use dressing but if you do I would recommend a raspberry vinaigrette. Also I did sprinkle some lemon juice in the pan when slow kooking the steak. Not required, but recommended.

Note to BexRawr

My Dear Dear sister, Im afraid that this snide comment at bachelor kooking is quite out of line:
"I made ground hamburger and green beans seasoned with garlic. Yeah, it was kinda lame. You can totally tell that I'm a bachlorette!"
Myself being a bachelor Whom kooks at least two meals a day and each and every one is a little different and most of them are amazingly good and simple.

Breakfast on the third day.

Carrots, that's right, I ate carrots for breakfast and that was all.

Stats as of day 1:

Gender: Male
Height: 6'6''
Weight: 190

I'm giving these states to you so you can understand where I'm coming from, sure i may sound like I have no need for a diet, and in truth I don't, I'm doing this for my sister, whom is interested in join the army national guard along side me, although unlike her I am too ashamed to post topless photos of myself. reason being that for a long time I was very short and very pudgy and as such generated a complex about my weight.

Now, Although weight loss isnt a key reason for this diet for me, health is, you see My family walks a very fine line of health problems, and being hypoglycemic and probably also diabetic my health and and remaining fit is always a consistent struggle. Now, sense starting in this diet I have only observed one major flaw in my personal experience and that is the hypoglycemia, as myn is a very mild case, after a few hours of low blood sugar all that i get is a case of the shakes, but I do have to be very careful to monitor myself as it can quickly become a major problem. For the most part I can maintain the necessarily levels needed through vitamins and  from the natural sugars in things like carrots and peas, but every once in a while i feel myself over extending what I should. So this is my battle, not with weight but with control and strictly messured and monitored levels of blood sugar.

diet day two:

Dinner:
1 Pork steak, Kooked stove top with cilantro, salt, pepper and a bit of lemon juice.
1 Can kidney beans kooked stove top in the pan after pork steak and zucchini
1/4 Zucchini, cooked in red wine kooked stove top in pan after pork steak
1/4 Cucumber raw unkooked

Smells so freaking good!!!!

After meal notes:
Cut down on the kidney beans, prep dried beans before hand as to not halve to resort to eating an entire can.
Zucchini needed to cook longer, but the flavor was good, little less salt next time though.
Cucumber Is Freakning Awsome!
Pork Steak Was amazing, also could halve kooked longer, but over all I liked the flavor, even though it was a little cold when I finally got to it. Lemon provides a bit of an after taste, good, just not expecting, a very mild flavor over all.

Meal: 5/10 Good, not great, far from perfect.
As a meal I enjoyed it over all but I'll do better next time.

Kooking derections:
Prep time: 5-10 minutes
Total time: 35-40 minutes

Pork Steak:
Pat down raw pork steak with equal portions of Garlic powder, Parsley flakes, Salt and Black pepper.
Preheat sauce pan with 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 diced stalk of fresh cilantro  place seasoned pork steak in pan and flip every 2 minutes for 12 minutes, or until fully kooked. Serve hot

Zucchini:
In same sauce pan poor 1 tablespoon red wine and 1 tablespoon olive oil coat Zucchini slices in thin layers of onion powder and pepper and place in sauce pan. flip frequently kook to liking. I prefer a harder consistency so kook it longer (roughly 10 minutes) Flipping roughly every minute or so. Served hot

Kidney Beans:
In same sauce pan poor drained can beans slowly while stirring. Seasoned gently with dried cilantro flakes and pepper. Stir frequently and kook roughly 10 minutes.  Served hot.

Cucumber Slices:
Slice 1/4 of a Cucumber. Serve Cold

Man notes: House smells amazing for roughly 20-30 minutes after kooking is finishing, and its a good show off meal as it looks complicated but the process is rather simple.

Final notes:
A very filling meal, for a diet. On another note, as a male of 6'6'' at 190 lbs with an active life style Its a reasonable meal for maintaining energy, although beans cause flem in the throat.
